I don't know if less caffeine helped that much but I’m not irritated at every little thing.
I fall asleep right away.
My speaking voice got stronger.
Last time I tried to quit caffeine I gave up on day 3. The withdrawal was horrible. With [CAFFEINEcontrol] I stopped drinking coffee and actually felt great. No withdrawal at all.
My biggest transformation is that I’m still really busy but I don’t stress out like I did. I can laugh more.
I got my sense of humor back.
My biggest surprise was my skin cleared up. I had no idea caffeine could do that.
Reducing caffeine really helped me with my anxiety issues.
My doctor told me to cut back on caffeine. I honestly thought it was going to be too hard to give up my morning coffee but I never missed it. I wish I’d done this years ago.
